Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1 business day.

• Orders placed Monday to Friday before 18:00 (CET) are usually processed the same day.

• Orders placed after the cut-off time, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

• Netherlands: 1–2 business days

• Belgium: 2–4 business days

• Germany: 2–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.
